E06 Lab-Scale Multifunctional Electrospinning Machine

OVERVIEW

E06 series multifunctional electrospinning machines by Qingzi Nano are designed for spinning on an L-shape flat plate or a roller collector. As a plug and play system, E06 is ideal both for laboratory scale environments. 


E06 machine utilizes a fiber production method called electrospinning which harnesses electric force to draw charged threads of polymer solutions. By harnessing the electrostatic properties of the solutions used it simplifies the production process without relying on coagulation chemistry or high temperatures for producing fine solid threads. This makes it ideal for consistent manufacturing and large scale homogeneous production.
