Miltec UV’s Conveyor Cure microwave technology model uses our MPI UV curing system with electrode-less, long life UV bulbs and advanced, patented features to instantly cure UV inks, coatings, stains, and adhesives in a wide variety of conveyor applications. It performs to the most challenging demands in the market and is cost effective, easy-to-use and maintain, energy efficient, and eco-friendly. Fast, effective curing with outstanding heat management is delivered through advanced optics with high peak irradiance and numerous cooling design features. Our in-house Engineering department can offer a standard design or a custom conveyor design for you application to optimize the most efficient use of floor space and production capacity. Features offered are variable speed drive control, UV resistant belts, vacuum hold down, professionally designed light shielding and lamp mounting, water cooled chill plates to minimize substrate temperature rise during the curing process and much more.
