LUMITRONIX® – Custom LED Modules & LED Strips

LUMITRONIX® GmbH is a German manufacturer and developer of custom LED modules, flexible LED strips, and LED lighting solutions for OEMs, luminaire manufacturers, and industrial customers. Based in Hechingen, Germany, the company has worked with LED technology for two decades and was one of the earliest LED specialists in Europe.

In-house LED development and production
LUMITRONIX designs and builds both rigid and flexible LED modules at its own facility. Its roll-to-roll (R2R) production line, unique in Europe, makes flexible LED strips in continuous lengths, while SMT production handles rigid, customer-specific LED boards. The iFlex range offers individually addressable LEDs, and LumProtect lamination adds durability and environmental resistance.

Specialty LED and photonics applications
The portfolio includes UV-C LED modules for disinfection, UV-B LEDs for vitamin D, animal and plant growth applications, and LED lighting for machine vision and image processing, where homogeneity and spectral quality matter. Pollux LED modules are designed to work with Gaggione rod lenses, with standard and tunable white versions available.

Official Nichia LED distributor for Europe
LUMITRONIX is the official European distributor for Nichia LEDs and also supplies LEDs, lenses, and optics from leading manufacturers such as LEDiL and Carclo, along with reflectors, heat sinks, power supplies, and LED controls.

Full support from concept to series production
Engineering support covers optics, thermal management, housing, PCB layout, control electronics, and standards compliance. An in-house LED test laboratory runs standardized measurements, and the company is certified to ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 with a certified environmental management system.
