Warranty: ephotonics warrants its Products for a period of 12 months from the date of shipment against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. ephotonics’ obligation is limited to repair, replacement, credit issuance (at ephotonics’ discretion). This warranty does not apply to: prototypes or experimental units, custom developments unless explicitly stated, damage due to misuse, improper handling, or operation outside specifications. Repaired or replaced Products are covered only for the remainder of the original warranty period.
Return Policy: Returns of standard ephotonics products may be accepted within 14 days of delivery only with prior written approval. Returned items must be unused, unmodified, and in original packaging. Return shipping, insurance, customs duties, and related charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to ephotonics’ error. Refunds or replacements are processed only after inspection and approval of the returned product.
