In 1996, our software, Mountains®, made the leap from Macintosh to Windows®, marking the beginning of a new era in surface analysis and metrology.

Over the years, Mountains® software has evolved, incorporating features for Scanning Probe Microscopes, confocal microscopes, and adding color and topography to Scanning Electron Microscopes. Today, it stands as the industry standard, comprising five specialized product families catering to profilometry, electron microscopy, scanning probe microscopy, spectroscopy, and multi-instrument data confluence.
