Description
The CropScan 2000B is a flexible Near Infrared Transmission spectrophotometer capable of measuring protein, oil, starch, fiber and moisture in cereal grains, oil seeds, flour, meals and other processed grains products. The CropScan 2000B uses a range of sample cells that are designed for different applications. There are 3 grain cells, ie, 8mm - canola and linseed, 16mm - wheat, barley, oats, sorghum, rice, lentils, and a 24mm - corn, soybeans, lupins, chickpeas, beans. There are 2 Squeeze cells that are used for powders and slurries. There is a 10mm liquid cell that can be used for oil and other clear liquids. The CropScan 2000B has a built in printer and can be connected to an external scale for measuring Test Weight. The CropNet Grain Data Management Software can be used with the CropScan 2000B to store and manage data as well as posting it to the internet for remote viewing using a Smart Phone, Tablet or PC.
