The MIL 305 GHL laser module has been used in many applications including metal-forming, drilling, punch presses, heavy-duty saws, welding, alignment, targeting, positioning, riveting, machine vision, edge detection, paper web, water jet cutting, and other alignment applications.
The MIL 305 GHL laser module has a 90° 16mm diameter x 50mm x 50mm dot or line optic, and a nickel plated brass housing with a 3/8” NPT.
Green laser light is significantly brighter than red laser light, and the unaided human eye will perceive green laser light as over 8 times brighter than the common red laser (at 650nm). Green lasers are being adopted as a replacement for red lasers.
The MIL 305 GHL is a ruggedized industrial laser diode module that comes with either a 635nm (red) or 515nm (green) <1, <5mW output power.
The MIL 305 GHL laser module meets the FDA 1040.10-11 USA Laser Standards Safety of Laser Products & CFR - Code of Federal Regulations, BS EN 60826-1:2007 British Standards Safety of Laser Products, and the European Standard EN 60825-1:2007.
