Lasermate Group, Inc. proudly offers RoHS compliant, low cost and high quality standard laser diodes in the red spectral range from 635nm to 685nm with output power of 5mW to 700mW. Our standard CW infrared laser diodes are available in a variety of packages, such as TO-33 (Φ3.3 mm), TO-18 (Φ5.6 mm), TO-5 (Φ9 mm), TO-3, C-Mount, F-Mount, Lead Frame and Chip-on-Submount (CoS), as well as connectorized (pigtail and receptacle) packages.
