The features of the CoBritePX Standard ITU tunable Laser include single slot industry standard PXI & CompactPCI compatibility, one or two lasers per card, polarization maintaining fiber, local on/off switch at each port, and user exchangeable optical connector standards.

The optical parameters of the CoBritePX Standard ITU tunable Laser include continuous tuning laser (H01), ITU grid tuning laser (C01), and standard ITU tunable laser (W01). The frequency tuning range for C-Band is 191.3 – 196.25 THz, for L-Band is 186.35 – 190.95 THz, and for C&L-Band is 186.25 - 196.25 THz. The channel spacing is continuous 50 GHz and the frequency fine tune resolution is 1 MHz.

The CoBritePX Standard ITU tunable Laser is a PXI compatible tunable laser module that can be plugged into any industry standard PXI or CompactPCI chassis to build test systems based on a wide variety of chassis and cards functionalities available for the PXI eco system.
