FemtoLAB offers combined laser micromachining processes at a submicron resolution and can perform a variety of applications including surface and volume micro- and nano-structuring, femtosecond laser ablation, laser grooving, multiphoton polymerization, direct laser writing, laser cutting & drilling. It is also compatible with planar samples and supports optical fibers machining.

The standard system specifications of FemtoLAB include total travel XYZ of 50x50x25 (160x160x160*), accuracy of ±3 (±0,25*) μm, resolution of 0,1 (0,001*) μm, max speed of 50 (500*) mm/s, max. load of 3 kg, repeatability of ±0,75 (±0,075*) μm, XYZ ortogonality of 5 arc sec, and in-position stability of ±0,1 (±0,001*) μm.
