The adapter uses a patent pending pressure equalization method. It creates an environment where the pressure around the windows is equalized, preventing them from breaking under high pressure.
It is recommended to send one of your lens mounts to ICL for installation of the adapter. This ensures that the connector assembly fits the mount properly, as there are many manufacturers with different taper angles and lengths.
The lens mount adapter is designed for systems with 1.1" diameter lenses. When ordering, you need to specify the manufacturer of your laser or replacement lens vendor who supplied the lens mount.
