MIRA Light Engine
Description
The MIRA light engine is Lumencor’s high performance solid state illumination subsystem designed for routine, clinical fluorescence microscopy applications. The advent of this compact yet powerful excitation light source is timely, as fluorescence microscopy is increasingly being used in diagnostic pathology as a more rapid and sensitive counterpart to conventional histological analysis techniques. MIRA directly mounts to all major manufacturer’s clinical microscopes and is completely maintenance-free.
